Fitness found me at 15 and it’s been with me ever since.

What started as a way to build muscle became the foundation for everything I am. Discipline. Resilience. Self-respect. Over the years, I’ve built businesses, hit rock bottom, and rebuilt everything from the ground up.

But one thing has never changed. I always show up. For myself. For my health. For my growth.

Today, I live in Bali and run my coaching business remotely.
